The Centauri Alliance was only recently formed after the great civil war that caused the collaspe of the Confederacy. This new Alliance focuses on a much more centralized federal government.

I will begin with my favorite thing of anything, Ships and Weapons

The Prometheus Class Destroyer

Status: Retired
Length: 1801 Meters Long
Crew:750-1000+ Officers and Crew
Primary Engines:4 Particle Thrust Engines
Turning Rate: 30 Degrees a Second (6 seconds to turn around, 12 to do a 360)
Atmospheric Flight: No
Primary Weapons: 4 Heavy Combat Lasers (2 Fore and 2 Aft), 6 60mm Pulse Cannons
Secondary Weapons: 8 50mm Pulse Cannons, Multiple AntiShip Missile Launchers.
Defense; Interceptors
Gravity: Rotational Section Only
Auxiliary Craft: 3 Full Squadrons of Icarus Class Fighters, 96 fighters total
Info: A Very Impressive Capital ship, The Promethus Class Destroyer is the main workhorse of the Alliance Military. Put into production durnig the civil war and finished just after it, it has not seen much combat. The combat it has seen has showcased its impressive firepower and adaptability to most situations. These ships are fearsome weapons, and when used right will result in a victory. This ship, like most other earth vessels, lacks artificial gravity. To produce earth gravity, it relies on a rotational section.

The Icarus Class Fighters

Status: Active
Length: Approximately 10 Meters long
Atmospheric Flight Capability: Yes
Engines: 6 Particle Thrust Engines
Weapons: 4 High Velocity Armor Penetrating Pulse Cannons, 2 Pulse Discharge Cannons, 8 External hardpoint for a Variety of Weapons (example: Anti Ship Missiles).
Gravity: No
Crew: 1
Auxiliary: 1 Grappling Claw
Info: One of the most deadly fighters created, the Icarus Class Fighters carry standard Pulse cannons as well as 2 devastating discharge cannons which are useful for engaging other enemy fighters. It can carry even more weapons on its 8 hardpoints which can range from antiship missiles to external tanks. The Icarus is highly maneuverable and are capable of a 180 spin in under a second. In all this fighter can support any capital ship it is assigned to and can cause significant damage to any ship it sees, given it can get into position to use its weapons.

Infantry
Light One:
Marine (All purpose, can be outfitted to take on any unit)
Standard marines in PDS suits. PDS suits can shrug off non-military grade weapons and perform CPR and minor medical procedures on them.

Vanguard Marines
The elite and devastating vanguards are one of the strongest and versatile infantry ever. They are clad in 9ft tall suits which are heavily armored. They can easily shrug off small arms fire. Their suits are actually Exosuits, which greatly increases their strength and what they can carry. Their heavy guns they carry are 25mm L53 Gladiator Assault Rifles. The rifle is semi-automatic and good against most things due to the gun is basically a railgun which fires the rounds very close to the speed at which the Scorpion tank fires, which is still easily over Hyper Velocity speeds (about Mach Cool


Armored
Light One:
Lightning Tank
Extremely fast tank that can cause significant damage to any vehicle. Most effective in flanking enemy vehicles while heavier vehicles distracts their vehicles. Armed with a Railgun Autocannon


Cricket Class APC
Powerful Medium tank that is fast and armed with twin railgun turret.


Viper 2 MBT
(Note, more futuristic than this a little, but this picture is best i can get that comes close to the tank)
A great tank, the Viper 2 MBT is the standard tank of the Alliance. Its twin railgun cannon packs one hell of a punch and can go toe to toe with any other tank. (Though tactics used against other tanks will have to be different xD).


Scorpion Super Heavy Tank Destroyer
When you must certainly, positivity, need to destroy the enemy at long range. This tank is super heavy and armored with a railgun many consider overkill but it does its job extremely well. It can pick off targets from afar and causes extreme damage to whatever it hits.


Air
Joint-Strike Fighter (can act as ASF or Ground support, depending on armament)
Artemis Class Atmospheric Fighter


Air Strike Bomber
M3 Cosmos Lancer
Bomber, good against ground targets.


Galaxy Class Transport
Large transport capable of transporting an entire battalion of marines (500) or 8 Viper 2 MBTs, is armed with 8 Heavy Machine Guns for defense

Bloodhound Class Transport
Standard transport, capable of deploying a 18 soldiers and a cricket or 2 lightning tanks to the front.

Crusader Class Warship

Length: 1.8 Miles long
Weapons: 92 Primary Kinetic Energy Weapons Convectional, Missiles, Fusion Warheads, Icarus Strikecraft. 1200 dual point-defense energy cannons, 2 Forward mounted Particle Beam Emitters
Length: 2896.82 meters (1.8 Miles)
Powerplant: 1 Gravametric Generator and 3 Fusion Reactors.
Information: The Crusader is the newest and boldest ship the humans have currently put out. It was created in collaboration with the Viaoen. It is the fourth attempt at introducing Viaoen technology into human ships, and it has largely been successful now. The ship is the largest human ship ever created, and one of the fastest and maneuverable as well, considering its size. This is also the first human ship to have artificial gravity. This ship also uses experimental techniques in Polarizing its hull in order to both strength integrity of the ship, deflect kientic rounds, and absorb more Energy based weapons. This type of polarization also messes around with incoming magnetic fields holding plasma together. Its heavily armored Gravametic Node Ring allows for amazing propulsion, making it the fastest and most maneuverable ship in the fleet. This ship also uses experimental disruptor and deflector shielding, though only 1 mode can be active at a time and it takes 5-10 seconds to switch shielding.

Transport Capacity: 1 Squad
Crew: 3
Info: This craft was put into production just after the shraadus invaded and was used in the last battle of Frenta to stealthy send fusion missiles down the throats of constructed defense platforms and planetary defense cannons before they knew they were there. This craft is used for anti fighter missile platforms, Bomber, and Stealth reconnaissance. They are also armed with the new DRADIS system, replacing the convectional radar system.

T120 Heavy Vanguard Armor

Size: 15 Feet Tall
Armament: 3 "Hellfire" Class Shock Cannons, 1 Power Sword
Defenses: Highly Energy Polarized Armor
Abilities: Jump Jets/Boosters
Information: Developed by R&D, the T120 is now entering service in response to the demand for an assault mech. These mechs have heavy firepower, but 25 rounds per gun. Each Hellfire cannon has a "Magazine" which can be quickly switched out by a resupply vehicle which follows an assault mechs into battle, though staying out of the way of combat.

Heavy Cobra Attack Craft

Armament: Varies
Information: Newest development, this atmospheric helicopter can quickly carry up to 6 marines with it into battle and land them either on high areas or behind enemy lines as well as dishing out extreme amounts of pain to any ground force.

Military Branches
Alliance Marines: Ground Forces, known for their ability for rapid redeployment and ship boarding techniques. Teamwork and working as a squad valued over the individual. Everyone must start as a Private, even those in officer training. It is rare for the usage of heavy vehicles in the marines, usually only deployed on defense and never used on offense to due how slow these vehicles can be
Alliance Navy: The power of the Centuari Alliance, her navy is what has been known to make miracles happen. Their ships can fight outnumbered and outgunned, and still be able to come out on top during past battles. They work on the doctrine, like the marines, of 'Do More With Less'. Based on this doctrine, their ships are based around an universal warship which can be easily retrofitted for any task needed by the Alliance, hence the creation of the powerful Crusader Class ships.
Alliance Special Operations Group (ASOG): Created shortly after the the creation of the CA, the ASOG is the elite of the elite. They go out on operations to bring terrorists to justice and enforce the peace within the CA. During war, they are the black ops of the Centuari Alliance and take on such jobs.
